Beauty tips for men :
1.wash your
face with scrub at least twice a week.
Some natural scrub:-
• Egg white mask
• Honey and milk
• Cinnamon & honey
• Lemon & cotton balls
• Baking soda & water
• Sugar, jojoba oil
2. When you
are going out apply sunscreen lotion.
Natural lotion:
1. Almond Oil- SPF around 5
2. Coconut Oil- SPF 4-6
3. Zinc Oxide SPF 2-20 depending on how much
used
4. Red Raspberry Seed Oil SPF 25-50
5. Carrot Seed Oil – SPF 35-40
6. Shea Butter – SPF 4-6
3. For the
skin tone use power or foundation.
4. For lips
use lip balm which contain SPF
5.drink plenty
of water.
6. Do exercise
daily.

7. Use some
natural face packs :
1. Dry &
normal skin - aloe Vera gel mix with oil/water/honey/egg whit/cucumber etc.

- Vegetable Oils: Vitamin E
- Fish Oil: Omega-3s
- Sunflower Seeds: Vitamin E
- Flaxseed: Omega-3s
- Carrots: Vitamin A
- Peanuts: Vitamin E
- Salmon: Omega-3s
